The Annual Heads of Planning Scotland conference will focus on the Power of Planning – A Force of Good. With a dynamic line up of keynote speakers, panel discussions and roundtable sessions. It will be held in the fantastic setting of CentreStage – a community venue with arts at the heart that breathes new life into the historic former Kilmarnock Academy building in the heart of Kilmarnock.
